Ethical Trading, Labour Standards & Human Rights Policy

1. Purpose

Re:View Creative Ltd is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and in accordance with internationally recognised labour standards.

We recognise the importance of protecting the rights, dignity and wellbeing of all employees and those working throughout our supply chain. We support the principles set out by the International Labour Organization (ILO), the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and all applicable UK employment legislation.

This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, temporary workers and, where appropriate, suppliers working on behalf of Re:View Creative Ltd.

2. Employment is Freely Chosen

Re:View Creative Ltd prohibits all forms of forced, bonded, compulsory or involuntary labour.

Employees are free to leave employment after providing the appropriate contractual notice.

We do not:

  • Retain passports or personal documents
  • Charge recruitment fees
  • Restrict freedom of movement
  • Require deposits as a condition of employment

3. Child Labour

Re:View Creative Ltd does not employ anyone below the legal minimum working age.

All employees have their right to work verified before employment begins.

Working hours comply with UK Working Time Regulations.

Overtime is voluntary wherever practicable.

8. Safe & Healthy Working Environment

Re:View Creative Ltd is committed to maintaining a safe workplace.

  • Maintain suitable first aid provision
  • Provide appropriate training
  • Investigate accidents and near misses
  • Maintain fire safety procedures
  • Ensure suitable equipment is maintained

Employees are expected to work safely and report hazards promptly.

9. No Harsh or Inhumane Treatment

Re:View Creative Ltd maintains a workplace built on mutual respect.

We prohibit:

  • Physical abuse
  • Threats
  • Intimidation
  • Verbal abuse

Any concerns will be investigated promptly and confidentially.

10. Ethical Business Practices

Re:View Creative Ltd conducts business honestly and transparently.

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to:

  • Bribery
  • Corruption
  • Fraud
  • Conflicts of interest

Employees are expected to act professionally and comply with all applicable legislation.

11. Responsible Supply Chain

Where practical, Re:View Creative Ltd seeks to work with suppliers who demonstrate ethical business practices and comply with relevant employment legislation.

When selecting production partners and suppliers, we encourage responsible labour practices and expect compliance with applicable laws.

12. Modern Slavery

Re:View Creative Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.

Where appropriate, we undertake reasonable due diligence when selecting suppliers and production partners.

Any concerns relating to modern slavery will be investigated immediately.

13. Raising Concerns

Employees may report concerns confidentially to a Director without fear of retaliation.

All reports will be treated seriously and investigated fairly.

14. Responsibility

Overall responsibility for this policy rests with the Directors of Re:View Creative Ltd.

The policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if legislation changes.
