During the Corona virus crisis that has impacted the majority of businesses, Wishful Drinking changed their marketing to focus on the aspects of their business that could continue to run during this period of disruption. To fully deliver this the first thing that was decided was that marketing should be increased to keep their brand visible during the lockdown period.
The marketing approach had previously been event centric up until this point, so the follow-on part of their strategy was to now focus on the “Bottle shop” aspect of the business and their takeaway offering. To achieve this we introduced an offer on takeaway purchases and also recommended to introduce and additional take away unit; 2 “pint growler” beer containers going forward to offer the customer more flexibility with purchases.
Having recently refreshed their website, Re:View were on hand to react swiftly to all their marketing needs during this difficult time. We are also currently consulting with Wishful in regard to expanding the web services to include online ordering and mail order too.
